Not a medical device
Pulse AI Orb is a general wellness app. Scores, pulse estimates, stress, skin-age and skin-tone estimates, breath counts, and anything Pulse AI Orb says are observations from your own signals. They are not a diagnosis, not a measurement from a medical device, and not a reason to start, stop, or change medication or treatment.
A face scan cannot measure blood pressure, oxygen, or blood sugar. If you have chest pain, fainting, trouble breathing, or any other urgent symptom, contact a doctor or emergency services. Do not rely on the app in an emergency.
The app
Pulse AI Orb runs on iPhone with iOS 17 or later. There is no account. You may connect Apple Health, enter your own logs, and use the camera, microphone, and motion sensors for the features described in the app and in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete the app’s local data from Data & privacy.
You need a right to use the iPhone and, where a feature asks, permission for the camera, microphone, motion, or Apple Health. You will not misuse the app to harm someone else, to break the law, or to try to extract source code except where the law allows it.
Pulse AI Orb Pro
Pulse AI Orb Pro is an auto-renewable subscription sold and billed by Apple. The title of the service is Pulse AI Orb Pro. It unlocks stress, skin age, and skin tone from face scans, trends past seven days, unlimited Ask Pulse AI Orb, and the weekly report. Pulse, the morning score, sleep, steps, and HRV stay available without a subscription. Two Ask Pulse AI Orb answers a day stay free.
The price charged is the price shown in the app at the time you confirm the purchase, in your App Store region. The prices configured for the United States storefront are:
- Weekly — $2.99 per week. Length: 1 week. No free trial. Billed from the day you subscribe.
- Monthly — $4.99 per month. Length: 1 month. Includes a 1-week free trial when Apple offers that introductory price.
- Yearly — $34.99 per year. Length: 1 year. Includes a 1-week free trial when Apple offers that introductory price.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews for the same length unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. After a free trial, the paid plan begins unless you cancel before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription, where Apple’s rules say so.
Manage or cancel in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Restore a purchase from the Pulse AI Orb Pro screen with the same Apple Account. Refunds are handled by Apple, not inside Pulse AI Orb.
This website
The site describes the app and holds this policy and these terms. It is not the app, and it does not provide medical advice. Prices on the site can lag behind a price change in App Store Connect; the paywall in the app is the price that applies.
Availability
Features can change, including which signals a score uses and which phones can run Ask Pulse AI Orb. Apple Intelligence answers depend on Apple’s on-device model and may be unavailable. The app is provided as it is, without a promise that every estimate will match a clinical device or that the service will be uninterrupted.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Bright Answer OÜ is not liable for decisions you make about your health from the app, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence where that limit is forbidden, or your statutory consumer rights. These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and they do not remove rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
Changes
These terms can be updated by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using the app after the new terms are presented, you accept them for use from that point. Subscription terms that already apply to a purchase you made stay as Apple showed them at purchase, until that subscription renews under the terms then in effect.
