Who operates Pulse AI Orb
The app and this website are operated by Bright Answer OÜ, director Sven Gross, Ilmarise tn 5-77, Tallinn, Harjumaa, 11613, Estonia. Privacy questions: support@orb-pulse.space.
The short version
Pulse AI Orb is a wellness app. Health metrics, scans, logs, and the profile you enter stay on your iPhone. They are not uploaded to a Pulse AI Orb server, not sold, and not used for advertising or tracking. The on-device store is excluded from iCloud backup and is not synced with CloudKit. There is no account.
Who this is for
Pulse AI Orb is not directed at children under 13. The profile asks for a birth year so heart-rate and HRV estimates can be read against age, and the picker starts at 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the app, write to support@orb-pulse.space and delete the data from the phone.
Data that stays on the iPhone
The app stores this locally, in Application Support, excluded from backup:
- Profile details you enter, such as birth year, height, weight, goals, and usual sleep.
- Check-ins and mood logs.
- Pulse measurements and face-scan results, including stress, skin-age, and skin-tone estimates when Pulse AI Orb Pro is active.
- Breath-check results.
- Sleep logs and step or motion summaries the app keeps for its score.
- Body readings you type in, such as weight, blood pressure, and blood sugar.
- Insight feedback, units, sick mode, and other settings.
- Ask Pulse AI Orb conversations on that phone.
You can export a CSV from Data & privacy, or delete all of this from the same screen. Deleting Pulse AI Orb data does not delete samples already saved in Apple Health.
Camera
The front camera is used to estimate a pulse from changes in skin colour. Frames are processed on the iPhone and are not saved as video or photos, and are not uploaded. A camera reading is an estimate, not a medical measurement. It cannot measure blood pressure, oxygen, or blood sugar.
Microphone
During a breath check the microphone is used to count breaths. Audio is processed on the iPhone and is not recorded to a file and not uploaded.
Motion
Motion sensors are used to count steps and to suggest when you may have slept. That processing stays on the iPhone.
Apple Health
If you allow it, Pulse AI Orb reads, on this device only: sleep, heart rate, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, respiratory rate, steps, active energy, workouts, walking speed, step length, walking asymmetry, double support, walking steadiness, walking and running distance, flights climbed, height, weight, blood pressure, and blood glucose.
The only thing the app can write to Apple Health is a heart-rate sample from a camera pulse reading, and only when you choose to save it. Apple Health data is not shared with advertising or analytics. Pulse AI Orb cannot see whether you denied a read; an empty chart can simply mean there is no data.
Ask Pulse AI Orb and Apple Intelligence
Free-text questions are answered on the iPhone by Apple’s on-device model when the device supports Apple Intelligence. The answer is built from your numbers on that phone. It is not medical advice, and the app is instructed not to diagnose or suggest medication. If the model is unavailable, that feature does not send the question to a Pulse AI Orb server instead.
Subscriptions
Pulse AI Orb Pro is sold by Apple through the App Store. Apple processes the payment. Pulse AI Orb does not receive your card number, and it does not run its own account system. The app learns whether Pulse AI Orb Pro is active from StoreKit on the device.

What we do not do
- No account, no sign-in, and no third-party login.
- No advertising, no tracking, and no sale of personal information.
- No analytics SDK that sends health or usage data off the device.
- No use of Health data for advertising.
This website
These pages are static. They do not set analytics cookies and do not ask you to create an account. The server that hosts the site may keep ordinary connection logs, such as an IP address and the page requested, to operate and secure the host. Those logs are not combined with health data from the app, because the app does not send health data here.
Deleting the app
Removing Pulse AI Orb from the iPhone removes its local store. Samples you previously saved to Apple Health remain in Health until you delete them there.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new date will show at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after an update that presents the new policy means you accept the update for data the app handles from then on.
